Co Cdr: Better year than expected. Effectively laid the groundwork for improvement in coming years. Good progress on eliminating bad habits (accountability and parade performance) TAC: Better company than I expected, better cadets than I expected, better year than I expected, good potential to move performance level to upper 50% of cadet companies
