Double and Multiple Fouls
Double Foul Change of Possession Team in final possession must decline opponents penalty(s) to retain possession “Clean Hands” Fouls on both teams or multiple fouls on a team where at least one occurred during a dead ball period. Enforce ALL dead ball penalties (unless declined) in order which they occur
