Username: 1st initial + last name (ksmith)
Default Password: fairlawn1234
DO NOT change password to your /Genesis password. RealTime password is NOT connected to network password

Child Study Team will occasionally send notices to attend meetings or to request input from a student’s teacher(s).

4. Accessing Notifications
When you receive a RealTime request from CST, simply click the link in the

5. Accessing RealTime Messages
To access your messages, simply click the mailbox icon.

6. Message Details
Once you click the mailbox icon, the message screen lists all messages with these details:
name of the sender,
date it was sent,
description of message / name of student

7. Message Actions
Details of Message – click message to see details and link to survey (see next slide for screenshot)
Delete Message – check box on right and select Delete Message (bottom)
If Acknowledgement/Response is required message cannot be deleted
Viewed status – indicated by envelope icon
Closed Envelope = Unviewed Message

8. Survey Request Message includes link directly to survey

9. Once you “click here” to access the Survey Request, a list of all Open Surveys will display. Click to select a survey.

10. Modification Survey First, determine if mods are necessary
If not, check box at top of page

11. Selecting Modifications
Select the area of modification (check box on left)
Detailed list displays
Check the suggested modifications in the GE (General Ed) column.
Comments can be added in text box at bottom

12. Saving Modifications Options at bottom of page: Cancel
Save (if you want to complete it later); this does NOT submit survey to CST
Return - returns to list of Open Surveys
Save/Print Results – to keep a copy for your records
SUMBIT SURVEY TO CST – must select this to finalize and submit survey to CST

13. Accessing RealTime Surveys
If you delete your or need to go back to complete a survey, you can access the link WITHIN RealTime.
Log into RealTime
Click the GREEN ENVELOPE icon (upper right) to access your messages.

14. Logging Out of RealTime
Once you complete/submit your surveys, LOG OUT of RealTime.
