How can you explain each of these aims using your existing knowledge? Many Germans lived outside Germany after changes of Versailles and other treaties Union of all Germans Equal treatment for Germans – scrapping of Versailles and St Germain treaties Germans hated Versailles Treaty. Treaty of St Germain banned union between Austria and Germany Nazis wanted Lebensraum – living space Land for Germany’s population Many Jews were very successful. Nazis were jealous of their wealth and power. Hitler had insane hatred of Jews. Only true Germans to be German citizens (e.g. not Jews)
