Delivering fluff results Assuming staff just complain – follow-up (investigate) Making decisions without basic consultation Asking for input when decisions are final/made Getting rid of our workforce for bad management decisions Expecting better engagement without changing some people

Improving communication between HO & Field Making decisions necessary for success Bottom-up style of management Open dialogue inviting questions/feedback Recognise and reward those who deserve it Listen to concerns & make changes Providing feedback and being positive Conferences with open discussions

Giving sales team regional ownership and flexibility (to achieve results) Marketing have a range of pricing drops so no need to go through so many people System where orders can be monitored – from ordering to delivery

8 Red Tape Stop Continue (doing well/OK currently)
Pointless online training – a waste of time Arduous S/O process – too long/too many approvals for simple things Continue (doing well/OK currently) To fix boot stock process

Accepting opinions given and be more self-aware Taking active interest in my growth and development - for individual motivation Listen to feedback given, and have our backs Stop Contacting us to just tick a box Asking for survey feedback because didn’t like responses Micro managing – believe in people Continue (doing well/OK currently) Being transparent & sharing data
