In 1973, Attorney Ken Huntingdon started a little title company in Fairborn, Ohio, home of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base….he called it Ohio Real Estate Title. Ken was a retired Air Force JAG who wanted to keep his practice in a military community. He started his title company to better serve those military homeowners who were moving into the area. In 1997 Ken sold his title company to key employees whose desire was to grow the company and make it bigger and more successful. In 2003 Ohio Real Estate Title opened its first office in Springfield, Ohio.
Now in 2013 Ohio Real Estate Title is proud to celebrate our 40th Year! We are a locally owned and operated company and always will be.
