Standard Work Instruction: FedEx Processing Original Date: January 25, 2017 Version number: v1.0 Revision Date: FedEx Processing This document will outline the steps required to complete the processing of FedEx shipments. Company policy requires that ALL orders designated for FedEx that are entered prior to 3pm local time must be processed and shipped that business day. TASK RELEASE Open the Logistics Workbench Select the Third Party Shipping tab Adjust Filters: On Hold = Exclude on hold Planned Status = Unplanned Ship Method = FedEx Select all orders Based on rule = UPS Order Pick Click on “Release for Pick” button PICKING FEDEX Login to Telnet using handheld scanner Enter your assigned warehouse number Use equipment 1UPSPCK25 Select Menu 4 (Pick) Select Menu 1 (Pick) Proceed to assigned location for that task Scan the Bin to confirm your location Locate the Item to be picked Scan the Item to confirm Place Item on pallet Confirm Item Quantity Generate an LPN (Scan Ctrl G barcode or enter Ctrl G on Handheld) and choose “Load and Drop” option Keep orders together when picking Bring full pallet to dock Repeat steps C – M until all tasks are completed

SHIPPING FEDEX Ship Confirmation Using Telnet or Handheld Scanner; Predetermine the order in which pallet will be shipped so paperwork should print in order and whomever is doing boxing/paperwork can box in the same order! Scan Delivery Number on Shipping Document Press ENTER twice Confirm each item on delivery# by scanning the item and physically looking at the product to confirm the quantity on shipment. Paperwork Build boxes for any wheels or accessory/small parts (where applicable) Collect paperwork and labels from printers Match packing slips/shipping labels and invoices (where applicable) Packaging Product Secure Crate Labels on All Tires Select first packing slip Locate product(s) Place packing slip/invoice in packing slip envelope and affix to crate label on tire Affix shipping label over packing slip envelope Stage product on pallet for loading Affix shipping labels to any subsequent product for that shipment Stage subsequent products on pallet for loading Continue to next packing slip Repeat c-I for all remaining packing slips Keep product on the pallet in preparation for FedEx pickup Note: Tire Buyer, Wal-Mart.com and Amazon shipments may require additional steps; reference Standard Work Documents for these Customers.
