Project approved under the EM call: EACEA 38/2012 Starting date: 15 July 2013 Ending date: 30 October 2017 - Lot 8: Countries of the Central Asian Republics: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. (3 Universities per partner country) + 5 European Universities: Italy, UK, Czech Republic and two Spanish universities (University of Balearic Islands and University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) - Total members for the consortium: 20 partners. Coordinator: ULPGC. Local coordinator: Kyrgyz National University

Main Impact of the Project at Home Universities:
- Reformation of the structure of the international offices - Expansion of the international Relations Departments - Integration of International Education programmes at faculties - New measures for recognition of credits - Introduction of new quality assurance measures Cooperation to publish research articles in EU journals Best practices learned at host universities has been later brought to Central Asian institutions Joint projects has been developed (KA2 CBHE, KA107) Curricum has been developed, as some of the teachers updated their training materials due to the participation in the Project. HOST COORDINATORS: Main impact the Project had in their institutions: New projects has been presented to the Erasmus+ calls Bilateral agreements among the CA institutions and EU partners has been signed Participating institutions gained contacts in several countries which they never worked before The Project gave them experience in the management of mobility with third countries. Excelent experience for students and staff related academic and personal pathway.
