Professor Onishi has pioneered pig cloning, transgenesis and gene targeting,
and recently generated SCID pigs (Cell Stem Cell), which he will describe, with
its applications. Professor Kobayashi will describe the clinical challenges of
xenotransplantation. Talks will be followed at 3:30pm by a discussion.
