2. Introduction
This presentation introduces some of the most strange and bizarre creatures to ever walk, slither, float and creep on the planet Earth. Be prepared to be amazed, intrigued, and down right disgusted as we explore these fascinating and unique creatures.

3. Duck-Billed Platypus
The Duck-Billed Platypus is one of the 5 mammal species that lays eggs
It has venomous spurs on its hind legs
They are carnivorous

4. BlobFish
This handsome creature has low density flesh and floats along the bottom of the ocean floor waiting for food
The fish has very little muscle but can grow to be approximately a foot long
Thought to be going extinct due to ocean floor over-fishing

5. The Maned Wolf

6. The Gerenuk
Known for its extraordinarily long neck and very large ears atop its small head
Members of the Gazelle family
Reaches branches much like a Giraffe
They are predominantly a prey animal

7. The Dugong
A cousin of the Manatee but looks similar to a mutant dolphin.
Grazes on sea grasses
Has a dolphin like tail and are strictly marine mammals
Has a rather calm demeanor and anatomically incapable of biting

9. Sunda Colugo Only one of two species of Colugo in the world
It can glide up to 136 meters or 9 bus lengths!
Is a truly unique creature

10. Yeti Crab Live near hydrothermal vents in colder ocean waters
Only 3 known species of Yeti Crab known to science
Live off of bacteria that grow on their chest hair

11. Japanese Spider Crab

12. Saiga Antelope
Due to poaching and habitat loss, these antelope may only be found in a few remote parts of Russia
Critically endangered and very vulnerable to droughts and severe winters
