1. Our New BPO Company Will Be Named “Conduent, Inc.”
On January 29, 2016, Xerox announced its plan to separate into two independent, publicly traded companies by the end of 2016.
One company will include our Business Process Outsourcing – or BPO – business. The new BPO company will be a Fortune 500-scale company, with the second–largest market share among BPO providers.
The other company will be comprised of Xerox’s Document Technology business, which will continue to be a global leader in document management and document outsourcing, and will also be a Fortune 500-scale company.
The separation will bring the new BPO company greater business focus, operational simplicity and agility to better respond to shifting market demands and continue to provide world-class services for our clients.
The company will continue to help clients improve the flow of work by leveraging its expertise in managing transaction intensive processes and by applying new innovations to automation solutions.

Vemuri will join Xerox effective July 1, 2016 and serve as chief executive officer of Xerox Business Services, LLC and an executive vice president of Xerox Corporation until the separation is complete.
