BARD (Braille and Audio Reading Download)
If you have an approved membership with KTBL (KY Talking Book Library), then you can also easily apply and obtain books through BARD (Braille and Audio Reading Download). Both of these resources are made available through the National Library of Congress. BARD user link BARD is a free resource for the disabled individual’s lifetime. There is no fee associated with using this resource.
