2. Single Sign On via GWeb Info System for Students
From the webpage my.gwu.edu
Click gweb info system

3. Enter in GWID and PIN
Then click Login

5. Click the TaskStream link

6. Click the LAT by TaskStream link … if an additional slide opens after clicking this link, please select the LAT platform

7. Taskstream Log-in To log on directly to www. taskstream
Taskstream Log-in To log on directly to contact Taskstream Mentoring Services at (Press “1” for support) and request a personalized password.
Then click Login
Enter in username and password

8. Initial TaskStream Platform Access:
Once you input your account information and personalize your password, click the Submit button to continue.
As a first time user accessing the TaskStream platform through the preferred GWeb single sign-on process, students will be asked to change their password during their first visit to the TaskStream platform.  This password change is only applicable to the TaskStream platform and can then be used outside the GWeb single sign-on to access their personal TaskStream account directly.

9. Please read the TaskStream User Agreement and click “Accept” to continue

12. Viewing Assessments
The Work tab is where students can upload and submit work
This section displays the assessment name and course #
This section displays the program name and NCATE standard (i.e., #3)

13. Viewing Assessment Directions & Rubric
Click on the Directions link to view assignment directions for that requirement.
Click on the Evaluation Method link to view the rubric for that requirement.
Then click View Rubric

14. Rubric A new window with the rubric will open.
To export rubric to Microsoft Word, click Export to Word.

15. Adding Attachments
To upload an assignment, select the Attachments button from the tool bar

To Add New Attachment, click on Upload from Computer
Click on + Add Files to upload an attachment

Once file is added, click Start Upload.
Click on Upload and Close when done.
Once file is attached, click Save and Return to exit page 17

To add text and image, select the Text & Image button from the tool bar

To add a photo, click on the Add an Image to your section link
Type or copy and paste text here and then Save Draft.
Once you are satisfied with work, click Save and Return link to exit page.

21. Adding an Image To add attachment, select and title file.
Preview image here and make size and placement changes if needed.

When done, click Save and Return

22. Submitting Work
Do Not Forget to click the Submit Work button to submit work for evaluation.

23. Yes-Submit My Work when done.
Submitting Work Cont.:
A screen will pop up asking if you are sure you want to submit your work for evaluation.
Click
Yes-Submit My Work when done.

24. Seeing Scored Work
The Scores/Results tab shows you a summary of the status and evaluation results for all of your work in the program.

25. Viewing Results/Scores:
View your assessment result
A time stamp will appear when work is submitted
You can also Edit and Submit work from this tab
