Meals on Wheels – providing a hot noontime meal five days a week to homebound seniors in Eugene. Senior Grocery – providing monthly staples to supplement a balanced senior diet. Intended for seniors who can do some meal preparation

Federal Program 60+ 130% of Federal Poverty Level or below Application, proof of income, and proof of age required 390 clients Meet people where they are Low income apartment complexes Mobile home parks Home Deliveries Partnership with Meals on Wheels

Program Qualifications
Risk score given after home interview Clients are also referred to other services at the time of interview. FFLC serving within the city of Eugene Considerations Mobility Health Family support Age 60+ (unless referred through Medicaid) Finances Nutrition Risks

The Meal Constitutes 1/3 of recommended calories and nutrition needs
A registered dietitian reviews and signs off on menu plans

Bateman Community Living
Delivered every morning and portioned by volunteers in FFLC kitchen The same food is served throughout the whole county
