It will serve as a conduit between the Executive Committee and the library staff, facilitating a free flow of ideas and innovations. The group’s official charge: Hold quarterly sessions with the entire library staff to brainstorm and discuss ideas and issues for further research Report on these ideas and issues to the Executive Committee at a regularly scheduled meeting time At the request of the Executive Committee, research, analyze, and make recommendations on specific issues Make presentations to the library staff on topics researched at the request of the Executive Committee
