13. Students at Alternative Programs
Two Options for Coding Students who are enrolled at one site and attend classes (and test) at another site
Submit plan to Leslie Lightbourne for transport of pre-coded answer documents to site
Use blank document and hand code information using the school where the student is enrolled
Add test administrator to school where student is enrolled

14. Homebase Site codes
If students are not FAY in an alternative school, they will be routed back to the sending school ONLY IF THERE IS A HOMEBASE SITECODE IN SIS.

16. Corrections for Assessment
Impending Zeros – What are they?
Students for which the pre-coded test document was not returned.
A test document with an unexcused absence was returned.
A document with an invalid accountability code was returned.
A student took LAA 1 or LAA 2 and did not meet requirements.
Any of these situations that are not corrected will result in a zero being assigned and used in calculating the SPS.
