1. Step 1: Log in to the portal Phase 2: Starting February 26th
Visit and select “Regis Housing Portal”.

2. Enter your Regis Net ID and Password, and click log into the housing portal.

3. Step 2: Select Application
Read over the information on this page.
When you are ready to continue, select “Application” at the top menu.

4. Select “Academic Year Housing 2016-17” and you will be brought back to you application.

5. In Phase 2 you will be able to pay your deposit, select meal plan, sign your contract and select roommates. Click “Save and Continue.” to begin the process.

6. Step 3: Pay Deposit
You can pay your housing deposit in Main Hall at the cashiers window and bring your receipt to our office or online in this step with a credit card.
The Housing deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE

7. Step 4: Meal Plan Preference
This step allows you to select your meal plan for the academic year.
If you do not want a meal plan, select “No Meal Plan.”

8. Step 4: Sign Housing Contract
Using your Student ID you will sign your housing contract. We suggest printing a copy for your records.

9. Step 5: Find Roommates
In order to move forward in selecting a room you need to be part of a group. A group consists of 2,4 or 6 students.

10. If you are the first person in your group to access Phase 2, you become the group leader and need to create a group name.

11. You have several options once you have created a group:
Search for roommates by details
If you know exactly who you want your roommate(s) to be, you will need their last name and RegisNet ID
Search for roommates by profile questions
If you want to look for potential roommates based off of their profile questions. This is a great way to find a new person to room with who has similar living habits
Suggested roommates
Provides you a list of potential roommates in the system and allows you to view their profile and/or send them a message. This is another great way to find a new person to room with

14. Once you have selected all the members of your group you will need to verify your choices by clicking “Verify Group”.

16. Once you “Verify Group” you have completed Phase 2.
