4. Proposed Revisions to the Allocation Based Tiered Rate
Residential Conservation Factor (CF)
Prior to 2011, CF = 0.8
2011- May 2015, CF = 0.7
After June 1, 2015, CF = 0.5
All other accounts CF
Prior to June 2015, CF = 0.7
The conservation factor can be adjusted up to 1.00 for functional areas at the discretion of the District.
