Subject area / Reading comprehension . Grade level/ elementary 3rd grade level .

3. Objective :
During a reading class students will listen to the “The Catching Tree Story” By: Andrew Frinkle from a Compact disc. Teacher will guide and direct students to listen for main points.

4. Students role:
1- Students will listen to the story and follow the main idea. 2- Students will read the story out loud. 3- Students will answer the comprehension questions.

5. Evaluation Teacher observes students listening to the CD .
Teacher will asses students reading out loud.
Teacher will address the number of mistakes and correct students.
students will answer the 5 questions and tell the teacher the main idea of the story.
