Introduction of ‘Classification’ field to prompt requestors to specify the TM1 activity and the project classification per the Finance Project Classification Matrix;
A field to prompt users to provide a brief description to support the project classification;
Project Request Workflow
Centralise the final workflow review/approval for all project requests types to Financial Control;
Workflow is driven by user access and the Project Types:
1) Non Research/Consultancy
2) Research/Consultancy (Health/Science/Corporate)
3) Research/Consultancy (Arts/Business)
TM1 Data Entry
Financial Control will enter the classifications after the overnight process updates TM1 with the PeopleSoft project chartfields;
