P6-8 pupils contribute to in-house work experiences
90% of Steps pupils have external work placements
All pupil gains accreditation matching their ability
At least 95% achieve at least medium quartile
At least 40% exceed upper quartile
Outcomes:

P4-8 pupils will use a communication aid
Post P level Steps pupils have the opportunity to be part of the school student council
Pupils will be able to greet others with a smile
Pupils will take part in activities with a wide range of other individuals

P6-8 pupils have the opportunity to help others
