MAIN DISH :TAVAS INGREDIENTS I kg pork in cubes 6 tomatoes 6 onions
1 kg potatoes Salt, pepper, cumin 1 cup oil 2 glasses water 2-3 laurel leaves

Wash the potatoes.

Wash the tomatoes.

Peel the onions.

Wash the onions.

Peel the potatoes.

Slice the tomatoes.

Slice the onions in rings.

Take a big cooking pan and place the meat, the tomatoes and the onion rings.

Add the potatoes in cubes.

Add 1 cup cooking oil.

Add salt…

…and the rest of the spices: pepper, cumin and the laurel leaves.

Add 2 cups of water.

Close the cooking pan and bake in oven at 250 C for 2 hours.
