Introduction.-Brief Summary
José Francisco de San Martín was a genius in the military tatics ;and help in the process of independization of Chile , Argentina and Perú. While Bolivar was fighting to free the northern part of South American countries, San Martin fought in the same way in the south. Indeed, the forces of these two great generals were the bases for the spread of the ideas of independence through the continent.

San Martin role over the process of independization of Chile
The role of San Martin was: San Martin ordered the advance of the army and in Feb was fought the Battle of Chacabuco.The Army of the Andes won the victory over the royalists, and there were 500 dead and 600 prisoners. The Patriots had only 12 casualties to lament. On 18 February, convened a meeting during which the proposed San Martin as Supreme Director of the fledgling republic, but he declined the offer to avoid suspicions of an enslavement of the United Provinces of Río de la Plata on the autonomy of Chile

San Martin and Perú independization
On 8 September, the army under the command of San Martin landed on the beach of Paracas. The new viceroy San Martin proposed new diplomatic negotiations, which ultimately fail because the general's final proposal was the independence of Peru. The rise of realistic Numancia regiment, composed of Venezuelans favor of independence, opening the door from Lima to San Martín, forcing La Serna to leave the city on 5 July. San Martín occupied Lima and meets at Town Meeting on 15 July. On 28 San Martin declares independence and is appointed protector of Peru with civilian and military authority.

San Martín and the Argentina independization
San martin in Spanish regiments established contact with fellow South American independence akin to Argentina and was in 1811, while on board the frigate George Canning came from England towards the Rio de la Plata, where he arrived on 9 March1812. The independent government of Buenos Aires was accepted in its ranks to lieutenant colonel and charged him with creating the body of the Horse Grenadiers. Shortly after the lodge Lau taro created in order to achieve the country's independence from the Spanish. In that same year, october of 1812, the Lodge, a movement led by the EU managed to overthrow the so-called First Triumvirate was the head of the government of the country. The Second Triumvirate that came to power was responsible for writing first drafts a constitution.
