BGOC Mission & Vision
To eliminate the spread of HIV/AIDS and assist in the continuum of care for all people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS in Delaware.
This is done by providing information, prevention strategies and outreach assistance that educates, empowers and contributes to the eradication of this devastating disease of HIV/AIDS.
To create a community where every person infected and affected by HIV/AIDS is respected and supported.

BGOC primarily provides services to individuals in Wilmington, surrounding cities and states but does not exclude any location.

All services and programs are free and confidential
Must have a valid photo ID for HIV testing
Living with or affected by HIV/AIDS
At risk women (Women in Support of Health)

7. What BGOC does On average, test about 100 people a month (1200-1400yr)
