Glass is a transparent or translucent material. It is a non crystalline or amorphous substance.
Glass acquires solid state appearance because of increase in viscosity on rapid cooling.
So Glass is described as super cool liquid.

3 steps : fusion of raw materials , working with molten mass , anneling.

Cullet helps in lowering the melting temperature of the raw materials.
The hall mass is heated to 1000degree center grade in a furnice

At this stage salts are added to get colored glass

The fused mass obtain the above step is allowed cool the still maintain the liquid stage.
The liquid glass is poured in the molt over required shapes.
Annealing
Usually glass obtain by rapid cooling is brittle.
So glass is passed through a high temperature stone
Then in low temperatures own.
In a long narrow chamber by conveyor belt
Well cool slowly giving transparent glass.
This process called annealing.
