Habitat and environment of the Cheetah
The cheetah lives in the sub-Saharan African and Northern Iran. The environment it likes to live in is a open grassland with many elevated points.
4
The diet of a cheetah A cheetah is a carnivore as you may know. It eats small antelope, bird, hare, and warthogs.

Family Life An adult female cheetah has on average 3 to 5 cubs at one time. The max is 8 to 9 cubs but it is very rare. Cheetahs are born year round. The mother cares for them until the are months old. Then the mother abandons them. The reason she abandons them is because they are an adult now. When the cubs are old enough the mother takes them and teaches them how to hunt.

Family life (continued)
The Cheetah uses semi desert, prairie, and thick brush as shelter.

Social Behavior Female: ALL females are solitary except when they have a litter. Male: Only rarely will a male cheetah live alone. Generally 2 or 3 cheetah males, often brothers, will form a coalition. This small group will live and hunt together for life and usually claims a large area or range which may overlap several female territories.
8
Characteristics Cheetahs are also timid as they come. Unlike the roar of a big cat, a cheetah is more likely to chirp. In the wild they would much rather prefer switching to a new food source rather than fighting any other predator for it.
