Aim: F-G actin assay in Nac infused with ltv-shProsapip1 + test of ltv-shRNA in vivo after CPP experiment
Method: Ltv- ShScr or Ltv-shProsapip-1 (03.03) were infused into the Nac of mice. 3 weeks later, Nac were dissected (GFP) and lyzed into RIPA buffer. Prosapip1, GAPDH and GFP expression were determined by WB. Mice are NM066.
