Golf Ball Stack Get into groups of 3-4 people
Each group gets 3 golf balls Take turns every minute trying to stack 3 Golf Balls on top of each other so it can stand still

Mountain Analogy HUMANS NATURALLY WANT TO “ASCEND” Quitters Campers
Give up when things are hard Make excuses, drop out, back out, opt out Campers Find comfort in hiding from adversity – plateau Reach some success but do not continue the journey “This is as far as I can go (or want to go)” Climbers Dedicated to lifelong “ascending” Regardless of background or misfortune, they continue to push Possibility thinkers

First you have to risk/change (try new things) Positive -> creates energy Negative -> depletes energy Learn from it and take action to make situation better! Familiar does not create energy!!

How do we create it in ourselves? Identify an E/P Can you create it in others? Yes, through enthusiasm and interest BUT - it is short lived! (quick fix)
