Communication - relationship – camaraderie; - cultural awareness; self – awareness ; decision making - ethos and values - intercultural competences; - increase personal skills; - eliminate stereotypes; - negotiation skills; - cross-cultural communication; - open-mindness, good management, adaptability; - common leadership culture; - integration; - cooperation, understanding each other.

Interoperability - understanding common goals and needs; - transnational operations procedures and standards (STANAG); - common evaluation and feedback procedures; - exchange experts, knowladge, best practices, implementation of new ideas; Increase collective security and responsibility. 3. Evolution of education - increase knowledge and training; - enhance academic reasearch and development; - cultural understanding.

4. External funds - common projects; - international courses; - education equipment and resources; 5. Change the mindset of future generation avoid mistakes of the past; self confidence and motivation; - change the individual.

Quality assurance (What we would like to achieve?)
1. Internal evaluation - better preparation in the internal academic education - upgrade and improve the educational system from within - continously challenge the system to improve 2. External evaluation focused on Military education - set quality standards for creating common educational grounds - quality enhancement (exchange best practices, discover barriers) - identify problems and find solutions 3. Implementation of the evaluation of military standards - knowledge, skills and competences <<learning outcomes>> coming from descriptors 4. Accountability - resourcing (funding) - innovation

Relations between internationalization and quality assurance
Communication between institutions (exchange feedbacks during and after the mobility exchange) Integrate and implement new ideas in the home institution (keep reports, disseminate results, exchange best practices and support change) Excellence in the personnel involved in the process of internationalization Establish and implement a system of credit recognition before the mobility between military academies Mutual recognition of the ECTS / courses taught both in the sending and home institution Abide by the learning mobility agreement Post graduate qualification short term courses Create an alumni network to keep in contact (events, lectures) Creation of a platform where e-courses could be accessed
