In the % of Student Attendance box, left click on the , click drill to school level.
Select all grades, , and each of the racial ethnic categories.
In the pop up box, click on the drop down box next to Options, Click Export Detail
Export to Excel
Add a column in the data to represent racial/ethnic category.
Copy paste all racial/ethnic categories together into one spreadsheet.
Create a pivot table. Row- School; Column- Race/Ethnicity; Values- Average of Attendance
Copy and Paste Appropriate cells into power point
Trends to Notice:
Highest overall attendance at school
Lowest overall attendance at school
