2. Our achievements in Ukraine 2016
Home Based Care
Psychosocial Support
Community Safe Space Centres 
Cash Transfer Programme.
Advocacy and Inclusion work.

3. Home Based Care Target in Luhansk was 4,000 beneficiaries.
Achieved so far is 3,209 older people and people with disabilities

4. Cash transfer Cash grants to 1,500 beneficiaries in Luhansk Oblast.
Each beneficiary was given 3,960 UAH.
Cash transfer was made through Ukrposhta.
Unconditional cash assistance to cover basic needs.

5. Psychosocial Support
HelpAge established 21 community safe spaces in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast.
4000 older people and people with disabilities were able to access these CSS.
Activities in CSS include: Concerts and theatres, fit classes, dance classes, healthy living sessions, and counseling for beneficiaries.

6. Advocacy and Inclusion
14 trainings to 10 international and national organisations on inclusion of age and disability.
Translated and Produced the Minimum Standards on Age and Disability into Russian and Ukrainian.
Produced IEC (information, education and communication) materials on inclusion of age and disability.
Produced Baseline Survey in Luhansk and Donetsk on Humanitarian for Older People.
Activity engagement with clusters through the Age and Disability TWG.
Input and Review of the National Policy on Age for Ukraine in partnership with the Ministry of Social Policy – Still ongoing.

7. 2017 Plan
HelpAge will continue with it’s current programme in Donetsk and Luhansk but the focus for 2017 is within the contact line and NGCA through Implementing partners.
Advocacy and Inclusion work focusing on cooperation with Ministry of Social Policy, Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Ministry of Health etc.
