WELLNESS IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITY
ASSIGNMENT: For the next 5 days your assignment is to pick a behavior that is related to your health and make efforts to improve that behavior so you can be healthier. Pick something you are not doing and should be or doing something that is reducing your level of health. Examples might be eating a good breakfast, getting enough sleep, drinking less pop, exercising, etc. Use notebook paper. COMPONENTS OF ASSIGNMENT BEHAVIOR CHANGE: Explain what it is you are going to change and why. DAILY JOURNAL OF BEHAVIOR CHANGE: Record what you did each day to meet your behavior change. SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: Write a summary (be specific) about your experience including; did you meet your objective, how dedicated were you to your objective, did anyone help you, was it hard or easy and how did you feel?
