Propose SIP-H323 Working Group be accepted as a Working Group at Bangkok APAN Meeting. Chair: Stephen Kingham, Co-chair: Quincy Wu Secretary: Ruston Hutchens Key Members: Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia.
