Currently the tower’s equipment is housed in a $8.7 million Central Plant located across the street Boilers, Chillers, Transformers, etc. Would it be possible for the tower to be independent? What are the cost comparisons? Does it fit in with the teams Planned Unit Development?

Developer of the Canton Crossing Campus did not consider the campus for LEED rating I feel it was due to inadequate knowledge of the LEED system An online guide will be created to help developers understand the benefits of the LEED system with respect to their interests
