Follow Canada’s Food Guide Eat appropriate portion sizes Satisfy your thirst with water Limit foods and beverages high in calories, fat, sugar or salt Drink milk each day Select lean meat and alternatives prepared with little or no added fat or salt

6 Health Disorders What you eat can help contribute to overall positive health, but it also can contribute to health problems. Brainstorm a list of health problems that might be caused by an unhealthy diet.
