5 In his sermon “Apostolic Charity” - The Anglican apostle must have “a true Missionary Spirit, an ardent Zeal for God's Glory, and the Salvation of Mens Souls” driven by an “extensive” and “intensive love” that takes the whole world as a neighbor to be treated “as oneself” - Goal: “turning many to righteousness” (Dan. 12:3 ).   - Special calling of English church to “diffuse” light of Gospel in world, via “pure religion” and “liberty” - How? Through “preaching, catechizing, and instructing”

6 The “Anglican Apostle”
the Anglican “apostle” is one who is on a mission of enabling and ordering lives of righteousness in common, according to the shape of the Christian Gospel and building up a society that will reflect this and live it. Notice the emphasis on a “people”, not individuals; and on social righteousness; and on the Scriptural shape of this.

15 Matthew 9:35-38 And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.  Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
