What is a “Communion”? Definition: the service of Christian worship at which bread and wine are consecrated and shared. Foster’s Definition: Communion is not always holy. When people share a meal together, it is an act of communion.

Communion’s create a “I’m with you, I like you, we form a community together” mentality. Meal scenes are boring and uninteresting. “Sharing of bread, not splitting of heads” Communion embeds purpose in literature.
