(Nike air max ) Nike tuned 1’s
2
Outline of Nike tuned 1’s
The Nike Air Max Plus was introduced in 1998 and was recognized by its eye- catching design. Like the previously released models in the Air Max line, this shoe is equipped with visible air units. However, it ditched the traditional Nike Air and was installed with Nike Tune tech for enhanced performance. Costs Nike Air Max’s are manufactured in China and reportedly cost Nike a price ranging around price the of $25 a pair depending on the style and material chosen for the shoe The advert would be cheap to make but to improve, changing the actor to one of Nikes celebrity endorsements would attract more attention however it would dramatically increase the price of the advert

the advert would be cheap to make as the costs would only include
The advert should be shown after major sports events such as international football matches, choosing to show this on a television channel such as ITV would cost around £51,300 per showing . the advert would be cheap to make as the costs would only include buying a camera to shoot the advert Paying the actors Purchasing the costumes Renting the location ( training pitch )

The unique selling point of Nike tuned 1’s and the advert
The main usp’s of Nike TNS are that they are fashionable and feature advanced Nike air bubble technology allowing them to be the perfect sports trainer Nike have one of the largest amount of celebrity endorsements as a sports brand, for Nike tuned ones they have used a well known iconic celebrity for youths known as Skepta who is one of the leading current UK Rap musicians ,he featured the shoe in one of his biggest music videos and is constantly spotted wearing the shoes.
6
Sound The sound tracks I have chosen are both hip hop instrumentals which can appeal to the target audience ( year olds) this genre is listened to by the largest fraction of the target audience and 74% of that fraction have purchased at least one pair of Nike Air Max trainer and all intend to purchase more in the future The soundtracks fits the advert as the slower instrumental is used to show the actor casually wearing the TNS whereas the second soundtrack is more up upbeat and shows the actor competing in a sporting activity.

The ASA and Ofcom This advert has no apparent negative message given off towards viewers ,it solely aims to show the shoes being used in two different scenarios. It doesn’t identify any misleading benefits of using the shoe.

The final verdict I think you should buy the Nike tuned 1’s advert as it appeals to a large group of teenagers and young adults who have a large disposable income, they have unique features which allow them to stand out from all other trainers. You may have noticed that there was no mention of external competitors for Nike regarding TN's as the air bubble design is unique to Nike it only faces completion between the different types of Nike Air Max available to the public.
