3 Guest Sessions Components
Table Tracker application runs on iPad 2+ and iOS 8+ Table Tracker can work offline as a paging screen only; however, it must be connected to the Internet over a LAN to enable Guest Sessions Reporting. The iPad connects with a TX-7470 over Wi-Fi to facilitate paging and table status updates. 5 Guest Sessions Settings
Guest Sessions can be configured with the following settings: Target Notify Time The Target Notify Time determines the color behavior of the pager buttons on the screen and helps you measure performance against this goal. 3 Seconds Delay The 3 seconds delay allows you to cancel a page if you accidentally press a pager button. When this setting is ON, once you tap a pager button you have up to 3 seconds to tap it again if you change your mind. Label Pagers When this setting is ON, 2 fields are shown every time a pager is added, one is to capture the pager number and the other is to capture an additional piece of information useful to you. Timer When this setting is ON, there is a timer shown at the bottom of each pager button

6 Guest Sessions Stats The Paging panel stats are designed for store managers to quickly review recent performance activity. Stats are reset daily, at midnight. Sessions Started Today - Count of sessions started since today. Average Notify Time Today - Average time to notify for orders notified today. Target Notify Time - Indicates the set Target Notify Time for the Guest Paging panel. % Sessions Goal Met Today - Percentage of Guest Sessions notified within the Target Notify time.

7 Guest Sessions Report Records every pager session for each account’s location Primary data points: start, notify, stop Calculates time vs. service goal applied in settings
