3. No Name Deadline
All names must be received on or before the no name deadline.
All rooms without names will be cancelled.
Names do not need to be finalized.
Name changes can be made with onPeak through your hotel’s cut off date.
Please refer to your individual confirmations for that date

4. Deposit & Cancellation Policy
There is a full length of stay room and tax deposit per reservation.
Deposits can be charged to one company credit card, or to individual cards.
You may also send a check for your group deposit
All checks are due by January 9th, 2018.
The card(s) on file as of January 30, 2018 will be charged by the hotel for the full night stay deposit.
This full length of stay deposit is non-refundable.
Reservation(s) may be cancelled until January 30, 2018 without penalty.
Any cancellations made after January 30th will lose the full length of stay deposit.

5. Changes Deadline
You can manage your company’s room block changes online with onPeak through your hotel’s cut off date.
Please refer to your individual confirmations for that date.
Online you will be able to change arrival/departure patterns, name assignments, and add or delete people in your room block based on availability.
After your hotel cut off date, all modifications to reservations can be made through the hotels directly.
