For that purpose Screenpeaks developed and RT interface with a virtual sms gateway that allow the system to interact with any mobile operator

As you can see the content is inserted at the rendering step bypassing the regular content path to allow short respond times
It usually takes 5-8 seconds from sending an sms to appearance on screen
