Needs to focus on impact. Requires a product mix that is relevant and timely. Must focus on contributing to health system sustainability and improved patient outcomes.. Needs to seek internal efficiencies. Needs a strengthened governance model. No new money is available. Do things “better”, “faster”, “smarter”.
