Institutional Effectiveness Committee (small and skill based reports back to mega-committee)
The mission of the Institutional Effectiveness Committee is to monitor, review, and recommend action for continuous quality improvement of the college’s plans, processes, and functions that drive student success.
After conversations rough estimate is every year increase is half of previous year. (i.e. year 1 =>10% , year 2 => 5%, year 3 => 2.5%, etc.)
Standard was the minimum over the last 4-5 years.
Feedback Loop
Committee (IEC) => College Council => Stakeholders => College Council => Board
100% Student Success Resolutions from Academic and Classified Senate.
