HACIENDA CARMONA Hacienda Carmona dates from the mid-19th century and is owned and operated by an Andalusian S.L. Company therefore it has very good economic tax advantages. The farm consists of 700 hectares. There is a main farmhouse with 4,000 m2 on two floors comprised of reception rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, huge cellar and room for the hunters. Beautiful courtyard with cistern & well.

There are two other farm houses for the workers.
All the farmhouses have high and low voltage electricity and drinking water. In addition there are barn, outbuildings and garages for vehicles, farm equipment and tractors.

The farm has a natural water reservoir which comes from a run-off from the farm itself supplying the reservoir itself and is full all year round. In this reservoir lives birds of various species, both native & migratory. There is a bore hole 80 feet deep and 30 feet wide with no particular capacity.

The land has about 250 hectares of superb quality for cereal cultivation, a coppice of 400 hectares, 200 hectares of mature olive trees and 210 hectares of young olive trees. The abundance of migratory birds, along with thrushes, quail, doves, also rabbits, hares and partridges, make this an ideal venue for organizing conferences of small game.

LOCATION Hacienda Carmona is 272 metres above sea level with gently sloping terrain, mild climate and typical soil of the area. The farm is well connected with two miles of country road frontage with private access. Situated a short drive from the beautiful, historic town of Carmona and around 30 minutes from the city of Seville and the airport.
