6. Hot Topics in the Changing Landscape of SB
As we noted in Lesson 5, the small business landscape is constantly changing. New authorities, policies, and procedures are emerging all the time, and the industry environment is also evolving. As Small Business Senior Leaders you must be aware of and part of these processes. You must also be prepared to address any challenges that you might encounter. Leadership is a set of skills that can be learned, practiced, and developed. This course is only one important step in that process, and you now have additional resources you can use to continue your journey.
