The Project in detail: Today we have an SPC system in place that is focused on the process parameters. Tjhe project aims and empowering and completing the system by taking into account the product/component dimensions. And find relationship between the parameters and the dimensions.

Planned Activities:
Identify the dimensions and components to monitor for SPC.
We should take into account also the time requested for the measurement.
Design the dimensional tests that must be implemented (including frequency of tests).
