CAREER Award (ENG:ECCS 2014): “Graphene-based Ultra-responsive Photo-sensing Devices”
Research Focus: Graphene, other nanomaterials such as metal nanoparticles, nanowires, nanotubes, fullerenes etc., and issues related to metal-insulator transitions, nanoscale magnetism and superconductivity.
