9 UMBC Field Trip Reminders
Dress according to the weather forecast Bring a lunch or money to buy lunch Wear comfortable shoes! We will be walking. Meet in the front bus loop at 9:15 – be sure to bring your class materials to mod 1.

12 Career Day! Friday, April 7
Encourage members of your family and friends to participate! Share the invitation letter from Ms. Renzi with your family. Additional copies are available if you want to distribute them to your favorite local businesses.

13 Naval Academy Trip Saturday, Feb. 18 – leave OHS by bus at 9:00 am
Open to non-ROTC students Go to double-header Army-Navy basketball game Tour campus Meet with cadets $5.00 See Col. Smith for more information

14 Financing College Night
February 17th from 5-7pm - open to all students and their families   9th/10th graders will have the opportunity to learn about CCBC's Parallel and Dual Enrollment Program and the Maryland 529 Savings Plan. 11th/12th graders will meet with Senator Klausmeier and discuss the Senatorial Scholarships and they will learn about FAFSA and MHEC. Mark your calendars!

Attention ALL ninth graders! We need a Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Historian. Go to room 003 to get a Class Officer Permission and Teacher Recommendation Form Get involved! The more citizenship we show in our class, the more fun we will have.
