PERFECT ATTENDANCE, ON TIME (15 minutes early), GREAT EFFORT AND ATTITUDE.
2:15-3:00: MEETING MONDAY, STUDY HALL TUESDAY, LIFT ON WEDNESDAY.
Practice begins at 2:45 on Thursdays
PRACTICE TIMES (Varies with JV schedule)
MONDAY- 3:30-5:00, TUESDAY-WEDNESDAY 3:30-5:45, THURSDAY 2:45- 4:30. JV GAMEDAYS Practice begins 2:45, ends at 5.
MONDAY/WEDNESDAY- Shoulder pads, TUESDAY- FULL PADS, THURSDAY- HELMETS AND SPIRIT PACK GEAR
