Antitrust Guidelines Review Do not discuss with competitors your own, or a competitors’, prices; do not discuss anything that might affect prices, such as costs, discounts, terms of sale, profit margins or any other competitively sensitive information. Do not discuss capacity or output. Do not stay at a meeting where any such talk occurs. Do not make general announcements or statements at AgGateway meetings about your business secrets, such as sales strategies, new product development, capacity expansion or restrictions, or any such intended activity. Do not talk about what your company plans to do in specific markets, or with certain classes of customers, or with regard to types of products.

6 Business Rules – Discussion
Recap: Task Force started in February 2017 to review business rules and recommend changes Recommended changes given to CPC in October for internal review Final Recommendations on Business Rules Questions, Clarifications, Edits?

7 Business Rules – Approval
Proposed Resolution: Be it resolved that the Council approves the recommendations of the CPC Business Rules Review task force. The Council agrees to implementation of the changes as posted to our wiki and close the Business Rules Review taskforce.

8 Year In Review – Strategic Plan Progress
Demonstrate the value of information exchange and efficient business processes Identified pain points opportunities at Mid-Year planning session resulting in task forces and working groups Business Rules Implementation Challenges Data Identification Updated the Council Value Flyer Contributed to the AgGateway monthly newsletter Reviewed and updated Business Rules Increase active critical mass within the Crop Protection segment. Active Communication liasison Mentor program still active Acquisition Plan Pair non-active and active companies Determine non-member companies to target

9 Year In Review – Strategic Plan Progress
Identify pain points and potential initiatives that could be piloted by a small group of companies for quicker & repeatable implementation or increase the efficiencies of business processes. Seth Petersen will lead task force on Multiple GLNs in a Public Warehouse with implementation by all to be complete by March 2017. Dave Surber will lead task force on Product accuracy and updates in the AGIIS directly with regular Council updates in 2017. Lori Edwards will lead task force to review current AEC Business rules with recommended changes by MYM 2017. Assess and leverage the technologies to address data challenges within the industry. FVTF?? Continued Council participation in AIDC and alignment with Precision Ag AP Council engagement on pain point discussions AP Council member to share new technologies with our council.

11 Looking Forward On-Going Work Good / Do Different Canada Connectivity
Continue to meet, most companies have pushed out implementation work until 2018/2019 Implementation Working Group Engagement Identification Good / Do Different CA Connectivity Updates: BASF – planning to connect with Richardson this year. Would like to connect with an additional partner in 2017. BAYER –  Focused on acquisition, resourcing issue CPS –  Per Cecilia no projects until 2018/2019 Dow –   Q1 2018 DuPont – Currently resources focused on remedy and merge activity for new projects FMC – Per Mitch Long direction is not clear at this time FCL – sent to Daniel Caldwell Monsanto – Not definitive at this time. Perhaps summer 2018 Richardson –Next connection will be with BASF. Concerned with putting resources into project until industry settles from all of the changes.  Would like to connect with another supplier this year. If a manufacturer is interested then contact Greg Knox to further discuss. Syngenta – Resources for projects in 2018 UFA – confirmed no projects in 2017 possibly 2018
